Structured feedback

Your identity is never shared publicly. One review per coach per account.

Why Benchmark exists

Finding a great youth sports coach is one of the most impactful decisions a parent can make — and until now, it's been entirely word-of-mouth.

Who can submit a review?

Any parent or guardian who has had a child coached by that person. You'll need a free account with a verified email — this prevents fake reviews while keeping your identity anonymous publicly.

Are reviews truly anonymous?

Yes. Your name is never displayed publicly. Reviews show only the sport, age group, and approximate timeframe. We can see account-level data internally for moderation, but it is never shared.

How is a coach profile created?

The first parent to review a coach creates their profile by filling in the coach's name, sport, age group, and league. Subsequent reviewers find the existing profile and add to it.

Can I submit multiple reviews for the same coach?

No. Each account is limited to one review per coach. This keeps ratings fair and prevents pile-ons — positive or negative.

What if a review seems unfair or inaccurate?

Any review can be flagged using the "Flag a review" button on the coach's profile. Our team reviews all flags and removes content that violates our guidelines.

Is Benchmark affiliated with any leagues or organizations?

No. Benchmark is independent. We do not receive payment from coaches, leagues, or clubs, and ratings cannot be purchased or influenced.
